HNIK Parking – IMPORTANT: NO PARKING IN THE LIQUOR STORE OR LITTLE JOES PARKING LOTS – VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED.
- Skater Drop-off: All families are strongly encouraged to drop-off their skater and skater’s hockey bag at the front door of Cool Sports. Drivers are asked to then park their vehicle (in either the Cool Sports lot or the satellite lot on Watt Rd.) and meet their skater in the building.
- Cross Ice Skaters: KJ and Lisa will be on hand at the front door to meet your skater and take him/her into the foyer to wait for you while you park – please remember to have your skater partially dressed before arriving at the rink.
- Drivers: KAHA will have parking attendants directing traffic in the lot. Please be very aware of the attendants and their directions to you. Patience is an absolute necessity.
- Satellite Parking: KAHA will have two buses transporting parents and fans from the “Mayor Bob Leonard Park” lots on Watt Rd. to Cool Sports, and back to the park when vehicles need to be retrieved. Buses will run up through the last game played (approximately 10:30pm).

ANNOUNCES SPECIAL EVENT: HOCKEY NIGHT IN KNOXVILLE
JANUARY 16, 2012 – Farragut, TN – Knoxville Amateur Hockey Association (KAHA) is excited to announce a special event occurring on Saturday, January 28, 2012 – Hockey Night in Knoxville. Cool Sports, home of the Icearium, will host a night of fast-paced hockey games, with KAHA players ranging from ages four to fourteen!
The goal of the event is to drive awareness of the KAHA programs, encourage membership, recognize the player’s achievements, and celebrate passion for the sport of ice-hockey. Anyone is welcome to attend; admission to the event is FREE. The first puck drops at 4:10pm with games played every hour through 10:00pm.

Knoxville Amateur Hockey Association (KAHA) is a non-profit, all volunteer organization and is the only organized Youth and Adult Hockey Association in East Tennessee. KAHA is dedicated to encouraging and promoting participation and growth of amateur ice hockey in the East Tennessee area while developing and encouraging sportsmanship and wholesome competition among all participants for the betterment of their physical, mental and social well being.
